Delivery and payment

A)     Delivery of the goods from e-shop

Delivery terms depend on chosen shipping company.

The goods delivered via shipping company are always packed in protective packaging to prevent goods from any damage where the used protective materials does not have to correspond with the goods delivered. The delivered goods are labelled so the buyer knows what the package contains. Protective materials used for packaging are disposable and cannot be returned to the seller. If the buyer refuses to accept delivery from a shipping company for the reasons other than legal, the seller has right to demand compensation for caused damage. If the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to address given by the buyer, the buyer is obliged to accept this delivery. If the buyer does not accept delivery twice in a row, the seller has the right to withdraw from contract. If the goods have to be delivered repeatedly (more than twice in a row or according to shipping company rules) or by different way than was stated in an order, the buyer is obliged to pay the cost of repeated delivery, or the price of a changed way of delivery respectively.

Ways of delivery

1) Česká pošta (Czech Post) – Parcel delivery to hand

Czech post will deliver the goods within 24 hours around whole Czech Republic. At the day of delivery, you will be notified by SMS message. At the day of dispatching the goods, you will receive an email with details on delivery and package number.

During delivering the goods, you can change time and way of delivery on web address www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice after entering package number and telephone number given with order.

The form offers you delivery on foot before noon, parcel delivery to the post office, delivery to the other post office or one day delay in first attempt to deliver the parcel.

117 CZK + 48 CZK (165 CZK including VAT)

The cost of parcel delivery to hand is 165 CZK including VAT (the weight up to 2 kilos).

2) Shipping company DPD with information on delivery

The guaranteed term of delivery is within 24 hours (on working days) from dispatching the parcel. When the parcel is dispatched, you will be informed about it via SMS message together with parcel number. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the driver of DPD company will call you and specifies the time of delivery.

The DPD services are available via portal www.chcisvujbalik.cz.

These services can be used by customers where the first attempt for delivery failed.

If the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave note with new time of delivery and information on redirecting the parcel.

If the recipient wants to change time or address of delivery, he can do so on above mentioned web address. The parcel then will be delivered when and where the recipient ordered.

Both cash on delivery and credit card payment are possible.

 The cost of delivery via DPD is 135 CZK including VAT (up to 0.5kg - 0.01 cubic meters, to the distance up  to 500 kilometres)..

3) TOPTRANS shipping company

The guaranteed term of delivery is within 24 hours (on working days) from dispatching the parcel. When the parcel is dispatched, you will be informed about it via SMS message together with parcel number. If the delivery is unsuccessful, you will receive an email and the courier will leave a note with new time of delivery.

 The cost of delivery via TOP TRANS is 135 CZK including VAT (up to 0.5kg - 0.01 cubic meters, to the distance up  to 500 kilometres)..

Delivering:

  1. the driver will call you at the day of delivery to inform you about approximate time and details of delivery, the price and other details
  2. the parcel is delivered usually between 8 A.M. and 6 P.M. on working days (the time is only approximate, can be specified after the call with the driver). If the delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave you a note and repeat the delivery the next day.
  3. the weight of the parcel is limited to 30 kilograms, total circumference of the parcel cannot be more than 300 centimetres
  4. the parcel can be tracked on the web pages of the shipper after entering the number of delivery/parcel

Delivery and complaints

When taking over the goods, it is necessary to inspect the parcel – obvious damage (damaged packaging) has to be reported immediately and stated in waybill. The parcel can be accepted with this damage without fear of impossibility to demand compensation for damages.

Contents of delivery inspect after the departure of the driver, he does not wait for opening of the package.

For communication use only the number of package/parcel.

B)      Payment options

The purchase price can be paid:

1)      Cash

-          when taking over the goods from the courier (cash on delivery)

2)      Credit card payment

-          when taking over the goods from the DPD courier (cash on delivery)

-          MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron credit cards accepted

3)      bank transfer on the basis of proforma invoice, Fio bank Inc., account number 2800708161/2010

-          proforma invoice is made by the seller on request from the buyer (requested in the order)

-          proforma invoice is made when the seller wants deposit from the buyer before ordering the goods

NOTE: If the proforma invoice is not paid in term, it is considered as breach of the contract and the seller has the right to cancel whole purchase contract.

4)      invoice with maturity

Fio bank Inc., account number 2800708161/2010

-          proforma invoice is made by the seller on request from the buyer (requested in the order)

-          proforma invoice is made when the seller wants deposit from the buyer before ordering the goods

 

5)      Internet banking, online payment PayU

-          platba 24 – payment 24(ČS), MojePlatba – MyPayment(KB), GE Money Bank, mPenize (mBank), e-payments (Raiffeisen Bank, Volksbank, Fio Bank), Sberbank, VISA, MasterCard

The online payment details are secured by 3D Secure solution. This is worldwide standard in payment on internet. It is modern security system developed by credit card associations which represent high security standards for online payments. 

NOTE: If an order is not paid within 10 days after making an order, it is considered as a breach of the contract and the seller has the right to cancel the whole purchase contract.
